Considering a New Home for Our Society
As our membership continues to grow, the Committee has been discussing the possibility of moving from our current hall to a venue better suited to our needs.
Over the years, members have raised a number of concerns with our present location, including:

Limited parking close to the hall

Council-imposed time limits on available parking

Member safety when walking longer distances at night

Insufficient space for large auctions

Lack of additional space for workshops and other activities
This is only a starting point, and we expect the list of considerations to expand as we gather feedback from members.
To keep everyone informed, this Blog will provide regular updates on the Committee’s discussions and actions as we explore options for the future.
